CMC Solutions' statistical hybrid predictive data engine transforms data from various sources into a standardized database structure for predicting emissions and for utilization by plant staff, such as operators in real-time process/combustion optimization or managers reviewing historical data for compliance and efficiency purposes. Data is protected using the standard operating system authentication or through an application specified security level managed by the data acquisition system. Data is at the same time protected and published to a server where users can access raw or summarized process information as needed. CMC Solutions' products facilitate this transformation of data into knowledge by empowering staff onsite with the tools required to structure and manipulate the methods of quality, assuring incoming data and to retrieve relevant data in real-time, as well as, historical summaries for compliance reporting and other purposes.

The application software typically is delivered as three core components: one for collecting data, one for extracting historical data, and one for displaying relevant data to operators including alarms. All three components are fully configurable. The application report generation software can be delivered complete with source code allowing a virtually limitless ability to process and retrieve data as needed by the enterprise and operator.
